FAQ. Is there a way to input my current Cum.GPA without filing in my grades for the last 2 years

Q. Is there a way to input my current Cum.GPA without filing in my grades for the last 2 years.

A. Unfortunately, there's no easy way of doing this in current version Class Buddy.
We have a plan to implement this feature and will release in this fall.

In the mean time, you may consider using following setup.
This is not pretty, but it works. It uses dummy course and letter grade.

Step 1) Create a letter grade called "X" in "Settings" > "Grading scale for GPA".
Enter your current Cum.GPA number for X
(i.e.) If your current Cum.GPA is 3.92, give the number for X letter grade.

Step 2) Create a dummy semester called, "2009-2011, All Prev."

Step 3) Create a dummy course called "All prev. courses" in the new semester.

Step 4) Enter total credit number of your last for two years in the course.
If you have taken 4-5 courses per year, the total credit hour will be about 60.
(15 credit hours per semester x 4 semester = approximately 60 credit hours)
Enter the number in Unit(Credit) field

Step 4) Enter the new letter grade, "X" in the course.

Step 5) Go to Grade screen and check if your calculation is right
